Naresh is responsible for policy direction and implementation. He brings his wealth of expertise in policy development, advocacy, organisational development and management.

Naresh has worked as the Executive Director of the Canadian Coalition for Democracies (CCD). CCD is a national, non-partisan, multi-ethnic, multi-religious, human rights non-governmental organization focused on foreign policy, national security and public safety, and the promotion of democracy at home and abroad. CCD is an intervenor at the Air India Commission of Inquiry into the bombing of Air India Flight 182, and the Iacobucci Commission of Inquiry.

He has worked with provincial, federal and international levels of government.

In addition, Naresh has participated in leadership conferences in the United Kingdom, Australia, the Caribbean, and the United States, and at the United Nations Conference on Youth Policy in Portugal in 2004.

Naresh posesses a broad understanding of media and has appeared on numerous radio and television programs including CTV, CBC, Global Television, TVO, OMNI, CHCH TV, CTS, CBC Radio's Cross Country Check-up with Rex Murphy, and in national newspapers including the Toronto Star, National Post, Ottawa Citizen, Globe and Mail, Hill Times, etc.
